I think it might be an issue with windows itself. Other programs like discord will have settings to play out of a specific device but just plays out of the default device. Except Voicemeeter, which seems to be the only exception. I did try to use EQ APO though Voicemeeter but no difference. woofaki • 2 yr. ago.
